Recently, I had the opportunity to meet a fellow American expat who has started her own American-style bakery in Ankara. Not only did I meet her, but I had the chance to taste some of her delicious sweets!
Two Chicks Bakery was established in Ankara last year. The owners realized that American-style cakes and treats were a huge hit with their friends and family and now share the passion for baking with others here in Ankara.
Two Chicks Bakery strives to create delicious traditional American- style cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Yes, I said cupcakes!
Using only original American ingredients taste is paramount when catering to its customers sweet cravings.

I am literally having a meltdown looking at these photos! Might have to pack up my fam-bam and move to Ankara! There is nothing, I repeat nothing, that can compare in Mersin.
